How to Follow a Deal On-Line

Dealum software sets up a deal room that Joins the Deal Room of Life Science Angels.

• The entrepreneur fills out our Entrepreneur Application & Uploads Documents

• Members log into www.Dealum.com and go the “Funnel” view on the top left.

• Members can watch as a deal progresses through our pipeline stages.

• Note that LSA does not use the “Voting” option in Dealum. We have found that on-line scoring of individuals that may be anonymous or may be from a member who has not carefully studied the deal can be misleading.

• The “Events” option shows meeting schedule, including meetings where the company may present — screening, dinner, due diligence (DD).

• The closing of an investment is personally handled by our Executive Administrator. LSA does not use Dealum for soft circles and funds management. LSA prefers to keep these financial records segregated from our on-line software deal management platform.
